Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver within a 15-mile radius of Austin, TX. Delivery is available on Fridays and Saturdays. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call at (737) 348-8552 and we’ll let you know!
Can I request a contactless delivery?
Absolutely! Just let us know when you place your order and we’ll arrange contactless drop-off at your door.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes! Pickup is available at our location: 3220 Duval Rd, #1201, Austin, TX 78759. We’re open 7AM–10PM every day of the week.
What flavours do you offer?
We offer Chocolate, Vanilla, Red Velvet, Lemon, Strawberry, and seasonal special flavours. Custom flavour requests are also welcome — just ask us!
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes! We offer eggless options on request. Please mention any dietary requirements when placing your order so we can accommodate you.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes can be made up to 72 hours before your event date, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens! Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund. Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your date and cover preparation costs. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
